The Family Partnership Center

Located in the building which formerly housed both Poughkeepsie and Our Lady of Lourdes High Schools, the Family Partnership Center offers a unique form of "one stop shopping" for those in need of its wide variety of services. Association for Africentric Development:
Educational and mentoring programs to provide cultural awareness among diverse groups. 486-4710 Astor Home for Children:

Cornell Cooperative Extension:
Educational resources, workshops and consultation in the areas of money management, food/nutrition, gardening, recycling and hazardous waste, home buying and 4-H community services. Dutchess County BOCES (Board of Cooperative Educational Services):

Family Services Inc.:

Plans for the delivery of HIV care services and the priorities for the use of Ryan White Title I funds in Dutchess County.
Hudson River HealthCare --Poughkeepsie Community Health Center:
